Peruk is a land of varieties of biomes. The west side of Peruk is mostly mountains and swamps with some jungle area. The great swamp has some of it’s parts in Peruk. Two great mountain ranges, Ruk and Trident mountains, are located in this kingdom. The east side of Peruk is plain grasslands and small hilly regions.

Due to closeness to Manas, around half of Peruk remains always cold. The southern-west side of Peruk is warm and more populous. Peruk is connected with Meru through the corridor of peruk.

Elephants and cows are the dominant creatures of Peruk. People here use them as domestic animals and transportation. A large portion of the people of Peruk are farmers and sailors. Fishing is also a dominant occupation. Peruk is a great place for the traders too, because the great port city of Qarakun is located here. The expert shipbuilders of Peruk are world renowned.

Although Peruk is an integral part of the empire, the people of Peruk share a strong cultural resemblance with Manas. The Manasi people come here for trading and othe purposes. The Perukis learn the Manasi language 'Umvira' at an early age, and along with Meruk, they use it in their daily life. They also share some common festivals with the Manasis.
